A wedding planned, down to the last detail
Wedding Flow is one place where a whole wedding comes together: who is coming, what it costs, who sits where, who does what and how the day runs. No spreadsheets, no folder full of documents, no group chat where the details get lost. The first wedding is free.

Common questions
Is Wedding Flow really free?
The first wedding is free, from the first guest to the last dance, and it always stays. If more guests, co-planners or storage are needed, that wedding is upgraded to Complete. Every next wedding that has to be complete costs the same.
Who is it for?
For couples planning their own day and for wedding planners doing it for others. Parents, witnesses and suppliers get access to exactly the part that concerns them.
What can I plan with it?
Guest list and confirmations, budget per category, seating and floor plan, suppliers, running order, menu, music, the wedding crew, and a wedding website with email invitations.
How many guests can I add?
Up to 50 guests on the free plan, up to 150 on Complete, and no limit on Planner.
Which languages does it work in?
Dutch, English, French and Italian. The language applies to your own screen and to what your guests see.
